If you have a problem or requirement that we can't fix it within the first
30 days then we will give you a full refund. It’s as simple as that.
Our philosophy is to give you the quality of service that we would want ourselves
so we make sure the servers are there when needed and that email is answered
promptly. The level of service we want to provide to you is one where you know
that you have nothing to worry about. We are confident that you will like our
service in that if you find something in the first 30 days that isn't right
and we can't fix it then we will give you 100% refund. What have you got to

Please note that a refund is not warranted if you just find that you aren't
using the service, the services don't meet your requirements due to stated limitations,
or that we believe you are trying to commit fraud. The refund also does not
cover dedicated servers, setup fees or license fees for DirectAdmin ($10) or
cPanel ($15). Should you request a refund due to finding a VPS too hard to manage
we will refund you up to 50% of the purchase price within the first 30 days.
